"About 5 days after speaking with James, he was at our home to give us an estimate. The contract only took a couple more days to complete and then work was started quickly thereafter. The work only took one day to complete; however, when I came home to see the completed work, the installed fence was white instead of black. The fence was then removed and a black fence was reinstalled the next day.
