"I hired Doughty Enterprises to put in 2 sun, solar tubes. They did such a wonderful job and brought in so much light and had them come back 3 times to put in more. They did an amazing job. Buzz and everyone including the office staff were wonderful to work with. If I need my roof replace Doughty Enterprise will be my first call??? The choice that were available for jobs didn't give an option to put in Sun, Solar tubes. Had to pick Asphalt Shingles to submit this review.?"

"This roofing job started off bad and continued to the finish. I wanted a professional with a few requirements. Be careful of original structure as it is prefabbed. The workers punched twelve holes in sheeting removing old roof material, requiring sheeting overlay. I requested that roofing nails not protrude through roof in patio area. They were protruding through the entire area. They left refuge sitting on the side of the driveway until I asked to have it removed. The one-week job turned into a two-month Odessey. The job was obviously a side job, piece-mealed together with little supervision little supervision. I am not confident the roof will not fail. prematurely fail. "

"The team from Titanium Roof Innovations company recently did a great job preparing our roof for installation of solar panels. The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. The team manager, Julian Mattos, was very efficient and responsive to our requests. Importantly along with a great service the Titanium Roof Innovations company provided a very competitive price for their work and the work has been completed on "

"I had two jobs done by modern method on my rental property. one in 2016 and one in 2019. One was a skylight leak repair and the other a section of leaking flat roof. both jobs took a couple months to mobilize in winter. The skylight repair failed after 3 years. The other section was done with white material, while the rest of my roof is brown, so it looks pretty terrible. As the owner, I was never made aware of this decision- they worked directly with my property manager which I consider unprofessional considering they changed my roof color. I called them out to see what can be done about both. They told me the skylight repair was not done the right way and needed to replace the entire roof section including the skylights. They also said they would torch down some brown material over the white material they provided and quoted me for both. I tried to appeal to them as to why I would give them even more money to do my skylights when they recommended the repair that failed, and also why in the world they would change my roof color. The estimator gave me some options including torching brown material down over the white, paying full price for all of the repair. I called to complain, and they sent their owner over who basically told me that any flat roofing is always done with white material (sorry, not true), that torching brown material over the top is not a very good thing to do, and that the skylights obviously need to be replaced. He didn't have anything to say about why I should trust them to do good work other than "I wasn't involved in the conversations, so I don't know". Very disappointed."
