I have contacted him multiple times and was told that he would come by to repair it. I keep being told that he will come by tomorrow...but tomorrow never comes!!! The irrigation didn't seem well thought out and multiple mistakes needed to be fixed. I asked Kevin to plant Esperanza plants with orange flowers and after the flowers bloomed yellow he stated he would send me a check for the plants. He never sent to check."
