They replaced my sagging waterlogged floor, created a walk-in ADA compliant shower, took a vintage buffet and refinished it and created a beautiful vanity, installed a beautiful tile floor and tripled my storage by creating a giant custom bathroom linen closet that I still have not been able to fill completely. The bathroom space is the same but feels twice as large. We have other projects and we will be calling them. Oh, and my home is a manufactured home. Communication was key and constant. He is in the middle of it, has some help, but largely doing it all and will explain as much to you as you want to hear or ask about. Looks to do things the right way, no shortcuts, but keeps very competitive bids with the small operation. Repainted the exterior of our two-story home, caulked all old siding joints and trim, replaced, or repaired some trim work throughout. Realistically timelines and schedule that he follows through on. Still looks great a few months later."

The only challenge of working with him was coordinating his schedule. Sometimes he went beyond what I would have expected and worked us in to his already busy schedule; other times he would be delayed or would cancel when he had conflicts develop. Perhaps this is a reality when you are working with a sole proprietor. We definitely plan on working with him in the future."
