"UNBELIEVABLE!!! If you have a RELO punch list I cannot imagine calling anyone else. He took the inspector check list I emailed, came to view the issues at my home, provided a quote, came ASAP so I could close on my home, and brought 2 trucks of materials to knock out every job I had remaining on my list within a crazy 3 day period. The team of 5-6 people was professional and deployed to attack every issue called out by the inspector. Alan even found a few things that the inspector did not catch and repaired those as well. I would have liked Alan to tell me he cracked it and glued it but would then bring a NEW replacement when he had a chance.
