"Excellent, affordable and fast service once again!! Just after my husband put his car in the garage yesterday afternoon, and then closed the door as he normally would, the door stopped about 2 feet above the floor. Then suddenly the door fell, slamming shut with a very loud BOOM. The main spring had broken in two. We immediately called Garage Door Repair Co., which was made very easy since Todd had stapled one of their cards right by the control panel in the garage. But because it Sunday afternoon my husband didn't expect a call back until the next day--today. Well, the owner did call back! He told my husband that he could have a technician come by the next day (today) at 11 a.m., which normally would be fine. However, my husband was to drive to Kerrville and needed to pick someone up at 10:15 a.m. The owner understood and then re-arranged the morning schedule, telling us he would a technician at our house by 9 a.m. (Monday, Jan. 7th). Well, the technician was actually early and got right to work. We ended up replacing both springs, since they were both installed when the house was built in 1999, and the job was finished at a little before 9:30. And, the price was very reasonable, in our opinion. Overall assessment: VERY professional; we highly recommend this company!!"
