He explained in detail what needed to be done and the approximate time it would take and the cost estimate. I asked a lot of questions, especially about safety because I am in a neighborhood with lots of children, and realize the importance of garage doors working properly to avoid accidents and injuries. "We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door for several years, both in San Marcos and now San Antonio, and we’re always very pleased with the products and services. Our latest transaction with Precision was to replace an old garage door (we had already replaced the opener with Precision a couple of years ago). I started on the website to take a look at the general styles and options for the doors. The website is very helpful as a starting point: I got to “test drive” different doors in different colors and against different exterior siding to get a good idea of what the doors looked like. For the appointment to get a quote and order the door, Jason Dawson was great to work with. He was very thorough and listened well. He mentioned different options that I might be interested in and was very knowledgeable about the products. The door installation was performed by Ronnie Garcez, who did a great job! Ronnie is very personable and knowledgeable. He took time to make sure everything was working properly before he left, and thoroughly answered any questions that I had. The door itself exceeded our expectations – it’s even more good-looking than I had anticipated. We had insulation added to the door and are impressed by the clean and sturdy way it is installed. The door opens and closes so smoothly and quietly, we love it."

From my initial conversation with Charlie, until the project was complete, the level of interest, professionalism, and communication was outstanding. Charlie immediately understood my situation with addressing a collapsed ceiling in my elderly parent’s home, heard the anxiety in my voice as I was trying to address the concern long distance, and took the time to talk through all the details with me over the phone. He patiently answered all of my questions, discussed the type of materials that would be used and the process to complete the repairs, and kept me informed throughout the entire process with updates via email/text, phone calls, and pictures. Shortly after our initial conversation, Charlie met with my parents, provided us with a quote, outlined a variety of options to consider, and understood the importance of getting a resolution quickly. He and his team were incredibly polite and respectful to my elderly parents (which I am finding is rare when getting services done for the elderly), made sure my parents were kept informed of all activities occurring in their house, put up plastic barriers to enable my parents to remain in the home while all the dust and debris was contained in one location, and always cleaned up after they completed work. They started and completely the work in an extremely timely manner. All work was done professionally, Charlie’s price was fair, his team did an excellent job repairing and painting the area’s, and Charlie’s communication to me and my parents was outstanding! "Anthony, Javier and crew went above and beyond. We first used them to get our home ready for sale. Anthony started with a walk-through of the home to point out any areas that would need attention. They filled nail holes, painted entire rooms and trim, refinished our wood front door, painted the exterior trim of entry doors and the garage door. We even had them clean the drive way. WOW! We teased that we didn’t recognize our home! It was worth every penny! This completed the home staging we did and our home sold in a day. When we moved into our new home, the color scheme was just not our style, yellow walls everywhere. Once again, the crew came out and walked through everything we wanted to do. In the end, the entire home, ceiling, walls, doors and trim were all painted. We have ceilings ranging from 10’-20’ tall and everything came out amazing. They also did an epoxy floor in the garage. Our new home looks fantastic! I would not hesitate to use their services again. They were done on time, Anthony communicated well and the crew arrived every day for an early morning start. Paul was on-site for two of the three days and walked us through the entire process before starting so we could fully prepare for the repair (which pretty much took away the use of our kitchen and master bath). Paul's personnel were also very professional and courteous, ensuring that they cleaned up at the end of each day and explaining what work was slated for the next day. Now that the project is complete we cannot tell that any repairs were actually done - which is the optimal outcome for this type of repair."
