"Lots of delays getting started and lots of excuses. Some issues came up after installation and it was impossible to get a return phone call for months on end with many more personal excuses. There are places where the fence is nearly 6" off the ground which would be a huge problem if we had a small dog. The gates look very rustic and cheap. We received a 2% discount at the end but that won't come close to actually fixing the issues. Would not recommend to my neighbors."

"The price was great, the fence looks great and the quality is great. The sales person responsive was a little slow. The clean up after the job was not that good. The workers left my driveway a mess, and they parked on my grass! They broke a couple of lines from my irrigation system, but they paid for it."

"Ben was very responsive. I left a message about wanting an estimate and he called me back within three hours. He came out a couple days later and gave me a quote, which was at least $1,000+ less than three of his competitors. Installation took place about a week later. Ben and his crew showed up at 8 AM, as promised. They worked through out the whole entire day, even during intermittent thunderstorms. What a great group of guys, and very hard workers! Rain was not stopping them from getting the job done LOL They cleaned up after themselves and left no traces of trash. I am beyond thrilled with my fence and will recommend them to everyone I know."
