"<p>I made arrangements for them to come after work to give me an estimate for the work I wanted done and was pleasantly surprise that they went ahead and completed the work that evening.  I could not unlock my deadbolt without lifting up on the door handle to raise the door enough for it to slide open and it had become impossible to lift it enough to get it unlocked.  During a storm, the wind had knocked the lamp off of my light pole and it broke so I had purchased a new one but needed it installed.  The young man who came to do the estimate said he could do all the repairs.  He adjusted the door and locked and unlocked it several times to make sure it was working smoothly.  He then attached the new light fixture to the pole and hung my towel holder.  He was very pleasant, completed the work quickly and cleaned up when he was done.  My first experience with this company is excellent and I will definitely call them again for my next project.  </p> <br />"

"Garage door service kudos First and foremost, if you are looking for garage door service, repair or just a great guy to chat with, you need not look any further than Nathan Martin of Family Doors LLC. His business is so appropriately named as they do treat you as family. When I spoke with Nathan to describe my garage door maintenance issue that arose from another company ( a Groupon service voucher) I arranged to service my garage door, he was attentive, empathetic, described his tune up services in detail. My experience with this other company was very disappointing, especially when a homeowner expects to have the garage door springs inspected and tightened, if required. This other company wanted an additional $199 to tighten my springs. Yes, you read that correctly!!! Nathan was very understanding and accepted my request to evaluate our garage door functionality, and tighten the springs. Plus he was able to fit me in his schedule the next day. Upon his early arrival, he quickly saw the sub par efforts produced by the other company’s technician. He tighten not only the door springs but also the overhead door opener belt. He was done in 10 minutes! Fast, efficient, detail-oriented, very knowledgeable. When asked whether he took a check or credit card he answered, “no charge…you’ve already paid for a tune up “. I was pleasantly shocked yet I insisted I pay for his services. He said the only thing I ask that you provide and post a review. Nathan has earned my trust and business for as long as I need garage door maintenance, repairs or replacement from here on out!"

When we were ready to proceed with the project he was able to schedule the job within just a few days. Unfortunately, I had ordered and received the incorrect size of door. My husband was able to get the door replaced that same day and Mr. Kaufman patiently waited for us to get the correct door. He could have easily rescheduled the service, but he didn't. "Excellent. Chris is an outstanding person and provides quality, yet practical service. He doesn't try to sell you on re-grouting your entire shower when all you need is a repair. He has done three showers for me in two separate houses. He is the kind of person you wouldn't hesitate to trust in your home if you weren't there (in fact time, the first time I hired him, I left a key for him and never even saw him!). He does great work, is quick, efficient, professional and entirely reliable. All three times the showers look fantastic, the experience went smoothly and the price was, in my opinion too LOW! "Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."
