"Initially, they had come in to fix 50+ bulbs in complex lighting fixtures and later discovered that ballasts needed to be replaced as well. They were able to get the job done in 2 days and August also helped me with a last-minute electrical problem. They are very friendly people with great customer service. "Everything was fine, except they left a big trough of dirt where they installed the sprinkler lines in the back yard. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."
