"Recently had my roof condition reviewed by Southern National Roofing company after noticing some leaks by chimney. Through this process I interfaced with Brett who was extremely knowledgeable and provided no high pressure tactics. After conducting a rather thorough review of the attic, Brett identified locations of leaks I had previously noted and a few additional locations. After negotiations on the selection of shingles, schedule and cost, agreement was reached in a rather streamline process. Negotiations were concluded quickly and finance arrangements made without any hassles. Over the couple of week before project started, both Brett and folks from the company kept in contact. Work started on schedule and the crew was extremely professional, polite and hard working. Crew protected all plants, shrubs and walkways and then kept up with clean-up as old roofing was removed. All decking areas with any signs of water damage was removed and replaced. The crew worked **** ** the over 4400 sq ft roof. We were extremely pleased with the appearance of the final product. And we appreciate the final review that was conducted a few days later to ensure all our expectations were meet. The guarantee that came with the contract ensured that we were not only protected but that the the guarantee was transferable should we sell the property in the future. Having owned eight properties in my working career, I have had 4 roofs replaced and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying project that I had experienced. I got a few different companies to check out my roof and provide bids and even before they came back with their actual numbers I was leaning toward Quantum because they were easy to communicate with and had great answers to all of my questions. I fully expected Quantum to have the highest bid as a result, but they actually came in just below the others! The roofing team knocked out my mid-sized roof (asphalt shingle install) in a single day, which was amazing. They were there from about 8 am to 9 pm and did a great job cleaning up the area. "We Got Troy name and called him ,He came out to see the roof at are convene He walked the roof with us.After calling my insurance we made a appointment and Troy came out to talk with the agent, After they left it only took Troy 1 week to get the singles to start. "Wes came out and reviewed. Suggested removing shingles and flashing in the valley to determine where leak was coming from. This included an estimate for replacing shingles, plywood and extending the ice and snow shield further up the roof. It was determined that the leak was due to the flashing not being extended when my roof was replaced six years ago. Also had no problem adjusting the invoice due to not having to replace the plywood sheathing."
