"On day of scheduled work, a 2 1/2-man crew took four hours to remove old fencing and wooden posts on one side and set new vinyl posts in concrete.  Nothing done for one full week.  Seven days later, three man crew spent entire day putting up new fence on one side, and removing old fence and gate and cutting round metal posts flush with concrete on other side.  Bolted 3' high metal I-beams to concrete on top of where old metal posts were and slipped vinyl posts over I-beams.  Installed vinyl fencing and gate to posts.  Crew worked well together with each member working independently of others.  Cleaned up job site and hauled off all old fencing and gate.  Very satisfied in all respects except for the one week between work actually being performed,.  This was a minor annoyance which they said was a scheduling issue with other larger ongoing jobs. <br />"

"I had a very mysterious problem with my guest shower in that the water would only get luke warm. The water The hot water worked everywhere else in the home except for the shower. First of all, Chris was able to identify one possibility for problem by phone, which impressed me because it was such a strange thing. He was able to schedule me within a week and arrived promptly. When he looked at the situation he discovered that rather than the problem he had originally anticipated it was, it was only a matter of replacing a small part. Fortunately, it was not the other problem that would have required going through the wall, etc. I include this information because it is evidence that Chris is an honest, trustworthy, and highly competent craftsman who could have taken me for a ride, but did not. The job was also completed for less than $100.00. I feel this is a small price to pay for a nice hot shower for my family and guests. We needed to brighten up our interior paint had a couple of walls in need of drywall repair and they matched the existing "Sun Valley" texture perfectly. They only worked on what could be completed in a given day and left the place clean each evening. We tested different colors and shades until finding the perfect tone.
