"Modern Landscape recently installed new landscaping in front of our office building. We already had a plan which included a natural boulder water feature, dry river rock beds, stone benches, 3 trees as well as many grasses and perennial wildflowers. The finished landscape is amazing as they turned our plan into a reality! They are a busy company, so we did have to wait a few weeks for an opening in their schedule. We recognize that landscapers are at the mercy of weather and suppliers, which were especially impacted during the pandemic, so I would recommend patience and flexibility. When our project finally began, the crew kept to their 3 day time estimate and worked as a team to complete tear out and removal, stone placement, planting, drip lines, and mulch. The trees they brought are gorgeous! They were careful with the details that make a difference, like placing the stone benches on a slight, but unnoticeable, angle so water will run off and not puddle on the seats.
