"It went really well. The contractor, Tom, is a really nice guy. He answered all my questions and couldn't have made it easier on me. He literally did all the work on filing an insurance claim. He got me my roof plus extras. Every time I called or text he would answer right away. If I had an issue it was handled immediately. They said they would do my roof in 2 weeks and not even a week later it was torn off and out on in ONE day. All the workers that showed up at my house were all very nice and professional.
