Every review mentions Eugene because you are dealing with the owner and not just some sales rep. In one day his crew replaced my roof, replaced two skylights and installed new gutter guards. They worked like a well-oiled machine and did a great job. If you need a new roof, stop wasting your time searching for roofing companies and just give Eugene a call. P.S. When deciding on the best shingle color, make sure you first see the big samples in person. I almost ended up with a "blue" roof even though the color I had originally picked was gray. Here’s were Eugene saved the day for me by stopping by with samples and showing me how gray can sometimes look blue."

"Jake Krygier, Scott Nettesheim and their roofing and gutter crews completed a professional job on our home. Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. As the job progressed, the roofing crew, led by Enrique, was respectful about our concerns about keeping the landscaping undamaged. The gutter crew was also professional. Our gutter system has three issues related to the design of our home. The crew identified two of those issues on their own, brought them to our attention, and developed practical solutions. My wife and I were quite worried that our home would not look the same with asphalt shingles, as our home was built with cedar shake. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. We could not be more pleased with our investment in a new roof, as a result of the excellent work of Infinity Exteriors."

"Both the owner of Guardian Roofing Systems, LLC, Angelo Ristich and his Lead Repairman Hector were professional and very knowledgeable about the task at hand and what needed to be done. They answered my questions and made sure I had full understanding of the whys of the roof replacement. I was quoted a fair price. The job was completed in a timely manner and true to their word, when the next heavy rain high windstorm happened the new roof held up beautifully. "This was out first experience with JB West Roofing. Our first contact was with Rachel Lange, she was professional and answered all of the questions we had regarding our damaged roof. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the entire roofing process, and in my opinion exactly the type of employee I would want contacting customers and representing my company. We decided to install the brand new Owens Corning Duration Flex shingle, which is wind rated for 130+ mph. Virgillio Martinez was our project manager during the install process, and his install team was exceptional. From the moment he arrived on site, he explained the entire process and his crew was amazing. One the first day the old roof was ripped off, and they cleaned the roof of all debris just like it was brand new sheathing. The install of the ice shield and synthetic underlayment was quick and exact, I can tell you this crew knew exactly what they were doing. The shingle install process was started on day one, and fully completed on day two. Even during this time frame they had to compete with a significant wind, but you could tell that they had been faced with this before and it was no problem. As far as the product, it has only been on our roof for less than a week but I can tell you that the roof looks great and the sealing strip on the shingles is very aggressive which provides for an amazing seal. Virgillio explained that this was probably one of the first roofs in Indiana that had the Owens Corning Duration Flex shingle installed, and he was impressed with the quality and flexibility of the shingles. JB West Roofing didnâ t pay me a dime to write this review, but I like to pass on to other potential customers my experiences, either good or bad when dealing with contractors. There are a lot of fly by night so called contractors out there that may sound like a good deal. I can tell you from personal experience JB West is not in that category, they are professional roofers that focus on customer service. If you want someone that keeps their word, know how to install a professional roof with an experienced team then I can absolutely recommend them."
