"After receiving several estimates from other companies, I hired Rich because he took the most time to examine my deck, particularly in regard to the types of wood used and how he would specifically approach the project - aspects that other companies glossed over. His thoughtfulness and expertise during the estimate process were present throughout the entire project. In addition, he was punctual, professional, and communicative from start to finish. He even took the time to show my three year old how his tools work and gave me some tips about how I could fix parts of my deck myself! The results of the project itself are fantastic. He rebuilt two flights of deck steps that had begun to rot, replaced a few rotting boards, and installed a new deck post. The work shows care and artistry. Rich also was thorough in his clean up of the debris. I would (and will) hire Rich again for any woodworking projects on my house. I highly recommend him."
