"Terrific job.  I originally selected this company for a quote because one of my neighbors had a great looking roof put on and told me about them.  I also checked them out here on Angie's List and found excellent reports. Mr. Strahan gave me a good and accurate estimate.  They removed my old roof,  put on 15#  felt, installed drip edge all around and on the dormers, put on new architect shingles, replaced the old pipe jacks with new ones, painted all the jacks and any visible flashing to match, installed new screens on my gutters, and all came with a great warranty.  They even did extra items I needed done, small repairs, at little or no charge. The employees on the job were polite, friendly and hard workers.  There was no damage done to my shrubs or yard.  The cleanup was fantastic; you wouldn't know they had been there except for the great looking roof. <br /> He and his office personnel were very responsive to all my questions.  And I called a lot before the job with many questions. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
