They also tore out and installed carpet for my whole house. They were quick and clean taking all the old carpet and cleaning up scraps. The job was complete in just a day and a half. The biggest job Rock Creek Roofing and Construction has done for me is replacing my roof and siding on my new shop. The crew came in and took the old shingles off and started replacing them on the first day. They were able to finish putting the new shingles on and cleaning up the next morning. Most of which was cleaning up and making sure there were no nails or shingles on the ground. The gutters and siding on my new shop had hail damage and had to be replaced. "I would give ten stars if possible. The day after the windstorm on Friday I found a small panel off the edge of the metal roof that is 25 years old I called Profession Construction Services on Saturday, and they said they would be out on Monday at noon. They called to let me know they were on the way and were here before 1200. It was only two of them and one of them was the gentlemen that took my call on Sat. It took them only 45 minutes to replace the panel and then they checked and reattached several other loose sections. The told me it would be $100, I gave them $200 and each a tip. It was worth it to me. Very pleasant talking with them and they did an outstanding job, even sealing all of the loose panels. I would definitely hire them again and if anyone is looking to replace or repair their roof this is the company to do it. Professional Construction Services has my highest recommendation."

"There are things we didn't like. We wouldn't use them again. In a way, I just didn't think they were that ethical. I would say the roofing job they did was fine. One example is, we had three different prices, they changed their price on us three time. Finally, I sat down and I figured out what they did and everything, I sent them their list of what they did and I said, I'd raise the regional price. I really thought that they didn't say enough the first time around then they raised it too much and when I went step by step over the things they did and the figures, to me, it didn't add up. I think they were charging for things they didn't do. I finally adjusted it ad said, this is what I\ll pay and they agreed to it. There's just something about them. I just didn't have a good feeling with them."

"After providing his estimate to the home owner, she called another plumbing service for the floor drain issue. He came out within a day, found the issue to be that the kitchen pipe was plugged up mostly and this was also making the floor drain clogged with stuff from the kitchen sink. He used a snake and immediately freed the clog from between the kitchen sink pipe and floor drain. After that it drained just fine. And it was only $100 vs $3800+. I emailed DTS afterwards indicating that it was just clogged and no pipes had to be replaced, but he never responded. So I paid for a $69 inspection with a $100 credit toward future repair that I can't use because the inspection was wrong and the home owner wasn't going to have him do the work with the inspection being incorrect. I suppose the $69 I paid is a lot better than if I'd proceeded with his $3800 estimate for a repair that wasn't needed though. Given I know skilled people can make mistakes, even good ones, I'm only making the overall rating as a C."
