 I emailed Scott with some basic information about what we wanted and he called back the next day. He offered to come out on Saturday 10:00am to look at what was involved and give us an estimate. He arrived promptly at 10:00. He had the estimate to us on Tuesday, we signed the contract the following Sunday, and on Monday he filed for the permit.

Throughout the project, he would email me or call me to let me to let me know the status of things ? when the permit was issued, when materials would be delivered, when he could start, etc. I always felt like I knew what was going on.

We had signed the contract we intended to use aluminum railings, but later decided we'd like to incorporate cedar posts into the design. Scott worked with us and with the railing manufacturer to make the change we'd requested.

He started the project about 2 weeks after we signed the contract. Coming home in the evening, I was consistantly impressed with the professional quality and the speed of the work.

Everything was cleaned up after the project and we are very pleased with our deck and the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend Scott.
