"I saved the deal & requested a call on Sunday evening, got a call Monday morning, and the work was completed Tuesday as requested. For responsiveness it's really an A+. I checked a few other companies to get a range of costs, and this deal was really good. There were others that were lower, but they restricted the number of vents cleaned and did not include the dryer vent. For price & value, A+ again. Ed, who I spoke to on the phone, and Sean, who performed the work, were very professional, went over all the details with me, even things I didn't know to ask.
