"We contacted Jud through the contact form on his website late on a Friday morning requesting a quote for cleaning out the gutters and downspouts at our home. He emailed us back the same day explaining that he wouldn't be able to get us a quote until Monday (which was fine as we didn't really expect to hear back from him at all until Monday) but if we could get him pictures of the outside of the house he could get us a quote over email. We texted him the pictures he requested on Sunday morning and he responded with a quote the same day, explaining the quote and letting us know he could take care of everything on Monday morning. <br /> He arrived on Monday morning, as expected, and completed the job. Not only did he clean out the gutters and downspouts, he also used his vacuum system to clean up the leaves around the perimeter of the house, including under the grill, patio furniture and deck stairs! "The roof over the front porch had, still has Yankee gutters. They are built into the roof, so apparently the roof would have to be removed to install new downspouts. The porch doesn't need  new roof, so they would make newww down spouts work. Well that isn't the case, the old aluminum downspouts should have been saved. Apparently this info wasn't passed along to the siding crew. The gutter people were subcontracted by Peoria Window and Siding. The were getting ready to finish up the job, so I asked when they were putting up the 2 down spouts on the porch. That wasn't ontheir work order. So Icalled Steve the owner of the siding company, he was rude, didn't care about the problem. The gutter people came back when I was gone, put the down spouts on the roof. Sloppy job, they had to improvise, so I don't fault them. <br /> My problem was with the owner of the company. When a customer is paying for a job, I believe they should be treated with courtesy. <br /> So I would never recommend this company to anyone. <br />"

"This is the second house we've had a roof replaced by The Roofing Dog. This time we only needed an attached garage re-roofed. They did not try to sell me a re-roof for the whole house even though it could've used it. I only wanted the garage done, and that's all they did. Great job on the installation and the customer service. They recommended a saddle be installed in the roof behind a chimney, and no other roofer had done this during the 40 year life of the house. They even offered to let us throw some of our trash into their dumpster. They also replaced one piece of gutter and downspout, and that was fantastic as well. Very happy with The Dog on both roofs they've done for us."
