"I had a sump pump problem and needed answers fast. What was very impressive about Berryman is they had a solution for my problem right over the phone. I just texted them a picture of the old sump pump and they got back with me the next day with the solution and estimate of my problem. Everyone else wanted to come out and take a look. This saved so much time, which was important to my problem, because I didn't want my basement to flood any more. Micheal and his son came out to house with everything they need to take care of the problem. What was very impressive is they explained what they were doing, and they did it in a way anyone could understand it. They put in a new brass sump pump and a new jet pump for back up. Not only did this give me peace of mind, but I was very pleased at the price for their service. It was extremely reasonable. I will never use another plumbing service ever again. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I also want to thank Home Advisory, this was the first time I used them, but it certainly won't be the last....I have written reviews before, but this recommendation is now at the top of my list!!!! I interviewed several other companies but chose Highland because the estimator gave me more flexible options and promptly answered questions I had after the initial interview. They seem to really care about getting the best solution for the customer. They arrived on time, completed the work as promised, carried off debris, and left the place looking better than it was before they came. A couple of days after the work was done, the backup pump alarm sounded for no apparent. They came back immediately, checked out the system, and went over the operation with me, again. "<p>Robert, Hosea and Justin were the men that did all the work in my crawlspace. It took them 3 days to complete the job. The first day they showed up at 8:30am just like they said and cleaned out all the debris in my crawlspace. They put all trash in large contractor type bags and loaded it onto their truck. On day two Robert and Hosea arrived at 8:00am and dug the trench around the perimeter of my crawlspace for the French Drain, raked the crawlspace, blocked off the vents in the foundation, redirected the condensation line from my AC, dug a hole for the sump pit and sump pump and told me that I had a leak and that I should hire a plumber to fix it before they install the vapor barrier. I contacted a plumber the same day and he came out and repaired the problem the next day. On day three all three men arrived at 8:00am and they installed the insulation on the walls, built and installed the crawlspace door, installed concrete pads for the jacks to sit on to support the beams and removed any trash that they had left.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p>Removed all debris, old insulation, hanging wires, dug a trench around my crawlspace 4 inches wide by 4 to 6 inches deep, then raked my crawlspace making sure their were no sharp object sticking out of the ground were it could puncture the vapor barrier once it was installed, installed a French Drain in my 30' X 30' (900sq.ft) crawlspace, blocked off the foundation vents, redirected the condensation drain line, dug a hole to put the sump pit and sump pump in, installed 1 1/4 inch thick insulation board about 4' long X 10" wide around the walls of my crawlspace, installed concrete pads and jacks under beams to replace wood that had rotted from where another contractor had used to brace wood beam, installed vapor barrier and built and installed a new treated wood crawlspace door. They are very professional and do excellent work. I would definitely hire them again. </p> <br />"
