"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

"It went well. as a matter of fact it was excellent. Me and my husband was riding by and noticed some one having work done so we pulled over and was looking at the work that was being done. We then inquired. the guy was so nice he took our address and like he said he would stop by when he had time to look at our property. He came by spoke to us and took measurements and we made arrangements with him he showed up like he said. we asked for a contract no problem he gave us one we looked over it he signed we signed and he started the work on friday, removed all the cement from our walk way came back on saturday and by sunday i got up to turn off the porch sunday morning and omg, he was out there working laying down the brick sunday afternoon what a wonderful job. me and my husband was so excited! he went over and beyond and exceeded our expectations. thank you again and can't wait to start our next project. i would highly recommend M. "Very professional and a fair price! I received a straightforward Proposal estimate in a timely fashion. Ivan and his crew were on time, diligent, and they paid careful attention to detail. Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with."
