John arrived on time and listened to our concerns and suggested to tune-up or replace. We considered replacing “down the road.” John happily oiled our tracks, adjusted the springs and gave us new door info. Almost a year later, we called John to replaced our garage door, all hardware and a new Lock Master 8500 garage door opener that uses a deadbolt for added security. "We put off remodeling our severely outdated kitchen for over a decade, because we couldn't find a company we wanted to work with. IKEA, Lowes, Home Depot associates were all disinterested, and not informative. Private contractors we met were not reliable, even in the planning stage. When I contacted PNWC, Peter Schraner, the owner, returned my call within hours, and they have been the answer to questions we didn't even know enough to ask. I can't praise this company, enough. Haley designed our new kitchen with artistry and attention to how we actually use our kitchen. She was kind, thorough, and endlessly patient. Peter was on top of every detail - when we picked out appliances and countertops, he or Haley went with us, to answer questions and guide us. At the beginning of the work, we got a schedule listing the plan for each day, and they stuck to the schedule. The entire final week was labeled "touch-ups", and they finished 3 days early. Peter e-mailed me a progress report and photos every day. Mike supervised the work, and we trusted him completely. You could ask him anything - again with the endless patience. At one point, a new door to the deck had to be removed overnight to be painted. Cesar created a temporary door that was nicer then the original one that was being replaced. Every PNWC crew member did stunning work, and the attention to detail blew us away. At night, they left the work site immaculate. My husband and I stood in the kitchen each evening and marveled at how it came along. The finished kitchen is stunning, modern, and beautifully constructed. This company has our highest recommendation!"

"DO NOT HIRE!!! After a very long and informational sales pitch reminiscent of an auto salesman..we wwere very pressured to sign a contract then and there.... During the roof install the workers broke our porch light off, and even though they haphazardly put it back up the lens was broken. After a week or so I finally managed to speak with install manager and they promised me a check 2 weeks ago since I complained and sent them pictures, but I still had to call and not get any response . They are sure prompt and pushy when they are trying to get you to sign their contract, but a simple thing like a repair/replace what they broke is impossible. ALSO, 3 1/2 years later, having an upstairs room water damaged wall and part of ceiling finally replaced, we discovered the ceiling plywood sheathing underneath shingles has NOT BEEN TAKEN OUT AND REPLACED - IT WAS WATER DAMAGED AND MOLDY. This is completely unacceptable, but what can you do when you discover this 4 years later!! The roof is good, but for the price and dealing with these people you can do much much better...."
