"We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain. <br /> When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew. <br />"

"The entire process took about a week which included - preparation of the areas to be resurfaced, texture coat, color coat, sealing coat.  Also we had the exiting concrete brick planter areas painted with another colored coating product to coordinate with our existing patio and new resurfaced areas. I would estimate that the area resurfaced was about 2000 square feet and about 200 linear feet of 3-4 high brick was recoated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The concrete for some of the areas was over 30 years old and other parts had been lifted and discolored.  The lifted areas were ground down or floated as needed before the process began.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />You can get a pretty good idea of the various products and applications of the Company by looking at their website. "They showed up on time every day and were there for a few hours. After the polyurethane was applied to my garage floor the epoxy ended up drying with hard bubbles on the surface. Which I researched and could have been caused by outgassing. Regardless, Vision Flooring reached out to me the day after they were done to see if I was happy with the installation. I pointed out the bubbles and they quickly remedied the situation. They came back out, sanded down the initial job and refinished the floor which now has no bubbles. I went with the Granite Gray color and I am very happy with the result right now and will check back in down the road to provide an update on how it holds up. Be careful when deciding on a company to do your floor, I came across some shady companies who gave me mixed messages."

"I needed the entire interior of my house painted, checked out a number of companies, and TruLine did a great job from the first visit for an estimate to the final touch up. It was easy to schedule an estimate, Sergio was on time, very informative, and sent over a detailed bid on time, as promised. Sergio, Jr. and the crew were great - they not only took care of all the many details involved, and were able to add in more work for me as the project moved along, but they were great to work with, easy to coordinate on all needed. It was a fairly extensive job, and they went the extra mile to be sure all was done tight and right. Highly recommend."

"they were on time, very clean (although I had to ask for them to clean up the wood floors). However, I asked to remove water stains on our terracotta floors and the sales rep thought we would see a big difference and unfortunately, we did not. In fact, there are now brush strokes on our tiles and they are slick due to the sealant. The technicians told me this was the very best that they could do, and I believed them, but I was hoping for much better results. <br />"

"These guys are fantastic!   I called and actually got a person- not a machine, something I always appreciate, and made an appointment.   Amy came out to give me an estimate.   Later we set up a time to have the work done and unfortunately I had to push it back a week due to other work I was having done(in the same area).    In all my contacts with them, they were always accommodating and friendly.  <br />   <br /> I got a call from Amy the night before work was scheduled to start, to let me know when the crew would arrive.  The crew was on time, professional and always friendly.   It was a big job and was scheduled to take approx. 5 days.  They started on the Kitchen first and had everything taped up or tarped so nothing was damaged.  They cleaned up after each day, and made sure I had access to the things like the 'fridge, etc at night, which I really appreciated, since having no kitchen for several days is rough. <br />  We're really happy with it all.  We had the cabinets painted rather then lacquered, which does allow for some small amount of grain to show in places. (which was our preference)  We will definitely be calling them when its time to do the rest of the interior of the house. <br />"
