"I did not have work done by Perkins Custom Coatings. This review is based off a phone call I had with Paul. I called Paul to inquire about an epoxy coating for my garage floor. He asked a couple of questions and after he asked me about water and moisture regarding my concrete floor right away he educated me and then told me that he would not recommend doing the epoxy coating because it would fail. I have had other companies come out and they told me all I needed was a moisture coating or waterproofing coat on the concrete. Paul was completely honest and saved me money. He did make some great alternative solutions. I really appreciate his honestly and integrity. It is very hard to come by in the construction industry. Thank you Paul. I definitely recommend calling Paul based on his honesty and integrity."

"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

"we had a stain on our bathroom granite....they said they could fix it and gave a quote for removing the stain and sealing the granite. an email quote was provided to me and we just wanted the stain removed and declined on the sealing. never heard back from them"

"I signed up for Clean Krete's AL special-- $99 for $300 worth of work and then contacted Clean Krete.  I spoke with Brandy-- she was charming-- and arranged for a visit and estimate.  I specifically asked for two estimates-- one just to repair concrete cracks and the other to repair the cracks and stain the concrete.  They arrived on the day they were suppose to and later that week provided an estimate of $3100 for repair and staining.  I then sent them two emails and left two phone messages over the next week specifically asking for the repair estimate only.  I never received a response and it has been several weeks.  Meanwhile, the $3100 charge is way above other estimates I have obtained.  Since the provider is non responsive and other reviews tell a similar story, I would like a refund on my $99.

I purchased a big deal for this service and it worked out good. I just did not really jell with the designer so I did not use them. I did not like his ideas and did not like how they threw out the dollar amount for the project without knowing what I wanted to do. They are good, but it just did not work for me.

"Val-Arm came out to my house on short notice and provided an accurate quote to restore the concrete on my driveway, my porch, and the walkway around the front of my home. The house is for sale and they were able to scheduling me quickly and work around a couple of showings. There workers were very professional and answered all of my questions.
The work itself is absolutely stunning. I had no idea that my cracked concrete could be made to look so amazing without replacing everything. Their process is fairly simple in that they make cuts into the concrete, fill large cracks, grind any rough spots, power wash, then stain the concrete. The final result looks like custom concrete paving slabs or concrete stamps.
