Zach gave an estimate so far below any other roofer for what he offered that I was skeptical, especially since I live in Santa Fe and Belding Industries is in Albuquerque. Besides installing a new TPO roof, they included new steel facia coverings, a 15 year warranty on the new roof, and a renewal and sealing of the remainder of my roof (about 2,000 sq.ft. of metal propanel) with a 5 year warranty, all for less than any other bid for far less roofing. I am feeling very happy and pleased with my new roof from Belding."

"This was an awesome experience. I had received several quotes and Santos's estimate was honest and fair and there were no surprises. After the project was complete,the wind blew off the panel of my swamp cooler which in turn damaged several shingles and Santos came back and did the repair without hesitation and no charge. They showed up on time and the weather was getting cold and they worked long and hard to get the work done. The crew was very, very respectful of my property and I was impressed by the clean up effort. Went all along the perimeter of my home with a magnet to make sure no nails were left behind.
