"Juan was a one man crew and did an excellent job. He patiently answered all my questions. The initial paint (that we selected) had too much of a glossy finish, for our tastes. Juan agreed to re-paint the glossy area waive the initial labor costs, if we paid the glossy paint. I thought this was a reasonable compromise. Juan's price was in lime with other bids I received."
