"We thought they forgot about us then all of a sudden a pallet with all the materials shrink-wrapped with the materials for the new roof appeared in the driveway. About 2 weeks later and an accidental bump into the pallet in my new Mazda3 getting out of the garage one morning, 8 Spanish-speaking men showed up and did the entire roof in approximately 8 hours. It rained extremely hard the very next day but we had no leaks. The only recommendation I would make about Quality is to improve their scheduling the actual contractors doing the work and communicate some warning to their customers before the contractors arrive."

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. He and his partner looked at the job and gave me a quote. Because it was not a big repair and I had a bundle of original spare matching shingles on hand, they started right away. In less than 1 hour they were done, cleaned up the old shingles. While on the roof they patched another spot that needed repairs.
