Wow, they were so caring and patient with me. Many many thanks to these wonderful men and Julia who saved me from a disaster when PODS messed up my moving day. and These gentlemen are beyond professional. They were like angels to me in a terribly stressful and time pressured situation. Thanks to them I got my house sold and can look forward to moving to my dream home with my family. You can bet I will be using them for the long distance part of my move now as well. "Excellent service from both the folks behind the scenes and the moving crew. The recent snowstorm left a huge pile of snow a few feet tall blocking the space between our old apartment and the street parking. The city was supposed to clean up the snow by the time of our move, but failed to do so. The moving team adapted perfectly in finding a new route and still moved everything with speed and grace. I really appreciate the care that was taken with our items, everything arrived in perfect condition. Communication was perfect at every stage! "

"I move out of state. My delivery was late. I filed a claim that was a waste of time. They come up with a settlement of $74. Make that make sense. They broke 2 glass tables, broke a standing fans, broke a few drinking glasses that was in a box labeled fragile (glasses). The majority of my boxes were damaged like they were kicked or thrown around. I was charge for the use of an elevator that wasn't used. The only thing I'm thankful for is they didn't damaged my 2 televisions or my large glass table. $74 doesn't cover anything. I paid them thousands of dollars. I'm highly upset and pissed. I will not ever use them again. "

"Mini Moves came 3 times to move furniture while our floors were being sanded. They were always on time, careful with our furniture (and newly refinished floors), very helpful and really pleasant to work with. The office was also easy to work with and responsive to any questions. I will definitely use them any time I need furniture moved, and highly recommend them."
