"It went relatively well. Eric, the owner/manager, was very responsive and customer-service oriented. Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface around new doors). FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."

Put up drywalls, doors, cabinets, replaced and installed three toilets, replace and installed three ceiling fans, installed new ac vents, replaced bathroom faucets, replaced bidets for toilets, and even created additional electrical outlets. "The job was done and I got what I paid for. The beginning was a little bit difficult. For the first appointment he was on time then it was difficult to schedule the job itself. I had a discussion with the vendor, I bought 8 hours of vending and then he came to discuss what should be done because he came saying that the painting was to be done for 2 rooms. On my coupon he said 8 hours of painting or 4 hours for 2 persons and they were telling me they were only going to paint 2 rooms. In the end they worked on 2 rooms and it took them 6 to 8 hours. The communication could have been a little bit better. The work was completed a while ago because I waited a long time for the schedule to work. The price was good."
