"The quality of work was SUPERB. What should have taken less than six months took over two and a half years!! Workers showed up whenever know communication from the GC. GC rarely came to the job site to monitor the work. Responsiveness to text, calls, and emails was almost nonexistent; only when picking up payment, would I be given one day's notice. I want this project to be over so I do not have to deal with this company ever again. I've lost so much money I can't even explain how stressful this project was. Buyer Beware! Empty promises time and time again. If you don't mind your project taking forever, they will do a good job. The only assurance as a homeowner is that the County comes in to inspect the work at the end of each phase."

"4 yrs ago they sub contracted a flooring guy who installed flooring incorrectly?.the flooring is cracking but because of faulty installation the warranty is voided. Steve at Kephas was responsible for prepping that floor before installation?..flooring guy was pissed they didn?t have it ready so just made due. Poor attention to detail here folks Now they take no responsibility and we?re screwed. Product warranty won?t cover faulty installation Watch for more posts folks?"

"I paid Mr Charlie Hippie of Cardinal Construction & Roofing INC $9000.00 on August 26th 2021. He promised to start work in 2 weeks. Which was supposed to be on September 9 2021. He never did. I called him every week for 4 weeks and all he kept doing was giving me excuses upon excuses. He was supposed to finish my basement for my sick mother in Law to use as treatment. I am still trying to reach him as I write this review but he has refused to pick his phone call or respond to my messages."

I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped visitors. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With GREAT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! A bathroom that is bright, modern, and completely ADA compliant .... and a bathroom that looks great! Charles Home Improvement is a wonderful company with great people. "I contacted Thomas Built to see if they could construct a fireplace mantle and surround for us. Terry came out did some measuring and gave us a quote. We worked on fine tuning things and waited until they had a break in their major projects. Terry returned for final measurements after we had granite tiles laid. The fireplace was built and delivered within three days. My husband stained it and installed it to save on the cost. Couldn't be happier with the final project. It does take some flexibility to work with Thomas Built when a project is this small, but it's well worth it."

Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for my future projects."
