"Everything went well except that I thought I bought 2 hour service but technician mentioned I bought 1 hour service. He installed everything within an hour and left. I could have used additional hour to work on other a few other electric issues. When I check the service, I did but 2 hour service not 1 hour service. I did not get 2 hour service as I expected."

During the installation, a water pipe was hit accidentally, but the team did a great job to minimize damage and did everything asked of to remedy the issue (including repairing what got wet). The installation of the TVs and wiring was top notch, but i was impressed and appreciated the way the company handled the water issue. They truly cared about the customer service and it showed."

"The service technician arrived on time after he had previously called about an hour earlier which I appreciated very much. Upon arrival, he asked me which items I wanted him to address and in the order I wanted him to work on them in case he ran out of time as this was a special 2 hour electrical deal purchased through Angie's List. Both of the two primary requests were completed well within the time limit so I asked him to perform a third service to install the old ceiling fan light on another ceiling fan. Although after thoroughly trying, he determined they were not compatible. The service tech did a very good job and I would definitely consider this company for future electrical needs."
