"John was responsive on the phone when I called to discuss the job to be performed. He told me exactly what to buy so that I could have what was needed for the job on hand to minimize any down time. John does talk a lot, except when you ask a question about the job he is doing. In an effort to expand my knowledge, I asked a question and he became defensive. I wasn't questioning his work....only trying to understand the job. The most frustrating thing is that he had to go to his truck over 10 times....and the clock continues to tick. I purchased all of the parts and had them on hand when he walked in the door. On one of the trips he did say he needed a certain tool. Not sure what he was doing on the other tools. The job stopped with 20 minutes left because he said he needed to pack up. He didn't complete the job. I hired another electrician to come behind him to complete the job that John started.
