Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Provider could only install low voltage landscape lighting on one side of my home, could do the whole front of the house but I would have to purchase another Big Deal and this was didn't include any spot lights, would have to purchase them separately for $35 and remove pedestal lights. Also wanted to mount the control box on the front of my house by my front door. I have landscape lighting in my backyard and they could have tapped into that box but didn't want to do that."
