He even came back on a weekend, when the weather finally cooperated, to do the sealing. We now have a beautiful and safe surface upon which to hold a wedding reception!"

It took a while to figure out exactly what the best approach would be, but in the end I got a job done for like $650 when the others wanted like $3000. I bought a custom fit chimney cap myself for like $200 I think and then had emerald city retrofit and install it for $450."
