"If you are considering to build a fireplace at home, JPL Masonry will do an excellent and professional job at a very reasonable price-point, considering the quality and workmanship that goes into it. Jonathan and his team built our fireplace exactly how we envisioned it to be and also advised us on the stone color and overall dimensions of what would go well in our living room. What we really appreciated was the fact that nothing was ever rushed and that communication and scheduling flexibility was awesome. Jonathan did his best to work around our schedule and was always prompt at replying to texts/phone-calls and overall communication etc. He even messaged us pictures of available fire insert options which not many contractors would do. He takes great pride in doing a solid and detail orientated job, in addition to dressing the area with floor mats and side screens to ensure our hardwood floors were kept clean throughout the entire project. "John is an extremely detailed individual. He doesn't hesitate to contact at a moment's notice and our HOA never had a problem getting a hold of him. His workers were trustworthy and respectful of all units they had to access during the project. His team worked quickly and we were all impressed at how fast the jobs were completed. On top of that, John's prices were very fair and he was able to work with us on a payment schedule that worked for the individual owners of our building. "The only reason I had did not give them a perfect 5.0 is because. I made it very clear that part of the removal would include at least 2 weeks worth of dog excrement when we spoke. I also was clear that I wanted bags used I even had bags they could use. When Clyde arrived and quoted the price it was w/o foreknowledge of waste and he had to ask about the use of bags or straight to cans. We negotiated the price after I explained and HE DID AN ABOVE EXCELLENT JOB. I did pay above the negotiated price HE DID THAT GREAT OF A PRO JOB. The 4.5 which should be 4.9 , though is to get them tighten those small details up."
