"Steve was recommended by a neighbor who is also in the trades. I called, left a message, he called me back within an hour. After discussing the broken torsion spring and what it would take to replace it - including me sending pictures, he quoted me a very fair price and said he would be able to come do the repair the next day at 10 AM.
