He arrived with the most impressive presentation (handouts) of all the contractors who came to give us estimates. The first thing I liked about Luis was that had a copy of his certificate of liability insurance and registration with the Dept of Consumer Protection (which I confirmed as I had worked with a construction management company before), This gave Luis a very good first impression. Luis was knowledgeable and answered our questions and addressed our concerns. He was not pushy. We told him upfront that we were getting multiple quotes, and he was the first. After seeing other roofing contractors we went with Best Way Siding and Roofing. I did not like the big companies, the franchises; not my style. I like the small family company, so we went with him, and we are glad we did. Best Way Siding and Roofing removed our old roofing shingles and replaced multiple pieces of rotted plywood before installing a well-known roofing system and replacing our skylight. The job was done in a day. The crew kept my husband informed of their progress and took pictures of the rotted plywood and showed him the pieces. They did a wonderful job. I usually second guess myself when making any decisions but not this time. I have already recommended Best Way Siding and Roofing to others."

"We reached out to Brother's as a former customer from 40 years ago. They came to my home, spent over an hour with us to listen to our needs, provide us with samples, and discuss options. Brothers resided our new home, replaced the roof, gutters, soffits, flashing of the chimney, replaced a new window, and pitched part of one of our chimney's. The work was impeccable. The owner was available for questions, the foreman was approachable, the workers kept the property neat, and our home looks brand new on the exterior. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "Brown Roofing has done several jobs on my home, and I have nothing but praise for their work. In 2012 they did a roof replacement, stripping the old roof, replacing a couple sheets of plywood and installed new high wind shingles after Superstorm Sandy. Ed, while fighting with my insurance company for months, had his crews out twice installing emergency tarps for different leaks. In the end I had my whole roof replaced at a very competitive price. In May of 2018, my house took a direct hit by a tornado. My exterior of my house was hit hard, I didn t loose a shingle off my roof, while parts of my siding we re gone. I hired Brown Roofing for my siding and gutter replacement. Once again I m extremely happy with the quality and professionalism shown by Brown Roofing s crews."

"Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again!
