"There are several things I appreciate about this company. The pricing was substantially more reasonable than others who had left us quotes. They offer you a consultant if you need help choosing colors. The initial estimator made notes of areas on the house that needed extra caulking from the last-luster job of the initial house builder. Those areas were repaired before the painting started. Amazingly, the painters finished our house in one day (1 level 3 bedroom). It looks sharp. But I would say that perhaps it was a little too fast. We found a couple spots that needed touching up, but they were quick to do that. There were also a couple places of drips on the porch that my husband is working to remove. All in all, I think they did a nice job."

"Carlos team was not equipped to do the required work and did not appropriately skim the plaster walls, such that the new drywall is peeling off. Also did not use primer on the skim coat which is known to be important (not just paint with primer as part of it)"
