"Paul did an excellent job replacing the sewage ejection pump. Expensive, but necessary."

"Matt and Tyson were awesome. On time, professional, respectful of property, solved tricky sump pump install. Knew codes. Efficient, clean, good electronic system for appointments, reminders, etc."

"Service tech arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and then replaced the sumo pump and waited until it had fully drained the sump pit. Overall excellent work!"

"Great drain clearing service by Jordan without all the bait and switch add-ons provided by the lower cost services. His charge included camera work before and after, with the best guarantee: no payment if he can't clear the line. He uses more powerful equipment than the cheaper services. Don't fall for the $95 service offered by others -- I tried them and they are a scam. They come out, use their lower power equipment unsuccessfully, and then try to get you to upgrade for major repairs. This guy is honest from the start and gets your line cleared in one visit."

"It took a bit of work, but Ross found the best path to rod out the basement shower drain from the kitchen sink. I learned enough from the experience that I may be able to do the job myself next time."

"I would highly recommend! We had an emergency sump pump issue and after contacting Rooter Guy, we had a terrific plumber at our house within 1 hour. He provided a fair quote and completed the work quickly and efficiently. We will definitely contact Rooter Guy for any future projects!"

"As I remember, I was told there was more work done to get the garbage disposal installed. Did quite a lot of extra work that I'd forgotten. Guy that came out to do the work, from my memory, the installation was good. Though it was a little pricey, but in hindsight, it was probably a good deal."

"This guy was prompt and super professional. Gave me clear options. Didn’t get that “persuade or sell” vibe. Just did the job well. Recommend! I’ll keep this number for sure."

"Mike Williams was efficient courteous and talented during the install. Very good work."

"Keith was excellent from his first visit to explain what needed to be done on the kitchen drain. Afterwards, I requested a new water heater to be installed. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I also was extremely thankful to Keith this morning as he identified a gas leak that I otherwise would not have known about. Because of Keith I was able to call the gas company and they came out within the hour to address the problem. I highly recommend Keith to anyone needing services. And, if I have any future issues, Keith will be the first person that I will call. He is a wonderful person, and he did an excellent job for me! Thank you Keith!!!"
