"I woulid give this a NEGATIVE 100 if possible. This is the worst experience of my life. First they said they don't subcontract out their work, they use their own employees and vehicles, which was a bold faced lie. They then got a contractor whom they have had known theft problems with and let him into my home. This guy took my belongings to an undisclosed location and then HELD THEM FOR RANSOM. He called me several times asking for money and also asked PFM for money before he would even allow access to my belongings. Over the next 3 months my property was held 'somewhere in the midst'. This wasn't just one person, it was many families over a few states and PFM kept quiet about it. They even stopped answering my calls for awhile until the police were involved. This is a known case in Colorado and many other states. When i finally did get my property 3 months after scheduling it, the most valuable pieces were missing and much of my property was damaged.... to the tune of over $87,000. "

"I booked United Prime Van Lines for an interstate move and canceled well within the 7-day window listed in their own contract. A representative told me I?d receive a full refund, but instead I was met with manipulative tactics designed to delay, confuse, and ultimately coerce me into signing a release form just to get my money back. They are now refusing to return my deposit unless I remove reviews and sign legal paperwork?even though they never provided any service. This is unethical and potentially illegal under consumer protection and military relief laws. They also failed to provide a fully executed copy of the contract, yet are using a screenshot of my info to claim it?s binding. When I pointed out that their own cancellation clause supports my right to a refund, they pivoted and demanded silence in exchange for reimbursement. Their pride in being listed on Angie?s List does not reflect the unprofessional and borderline predatory experience I had."

"From the beginning with Sam Meredith the Coordinator to Ed the lead driver to our loading and unloading crews it was an EXCELLENT WELL EXECUTED EXPERIENCE! Sam was on his game through the whole process and made us feel comfortable enough to choose National over other competitors! His follow through was extremely professional and very much appreciated! Our move was from southern Indiana to Dallas Texas! Ed our driver was amazing and super professional. On time as planned loading and unloading and even saved us money by being able to maneuver his rig into our subdivision saving us a lot of money not having to pay for a shuttle truck! The loading and unloading crews were quick, efficient and professional! National Van Lines to Mars!! ?"

"Genuinely one of the slimiest individuals I've ever worked with. From the beginning, he was a referral from a family member of mine. The entire process was a headache. He broke my washer, 2 tv's and my entire desk. ONLY thing i asked them to replace was a desk. Its been 4 months and theres been nothing but dodged calls and texts, no accountability and no ethic. Luis Turcios is a scumbag of a owner, and just a bad person to business with unfortunately. I dont trust him, and i'd advise no one trust him with their belongings. So much for being a man of faith"
