"Overall, the plumbing work that they did was fine. I have no complaints there. They wanted to originally tear out a tree, but we didn't want that to happen. Instead, they shaved off all of the flowers on a plant covering a wall in my backyard. They ruined the whole view of my backyard. They were just very careless and had poor judgment when trimming my plant."
