"The speedy clean staff arrived ready for work.The coupon I purchased was for 4 hours of cleaning but really it was for 2 people for 2 hours.  During the walk thru it was determined that some of my wants may be difficult to complete, especially the cobwebs in my cathedral windows. However speedy clean's staff set upon their tasks with efficiancy and professionalism. At the end of their time all my wants and more were completed. I was very pleased with their work and would hire Speedy Clean again. I would rate them an A+.

"Overall, it really depended on who came to clean.  Some were much better than others, and the good ones I found were very difficult to rebook.  I found one cleaner I really liked who was always punctual, fast and extremely thorough.  But she was rarely available so I finally gave up.  Most other cleaners were mediocre at best.  
One time there was a miscommunication and the cleaners were no-shows.  Once I contacted them, the company quickly got people out here to do the job even though they have been at another place all day.  Very responsive in that situation, and one of the girls that arrived did a very good job. 
The fact that I could never get the same GOOD cleaner on a regular basis is why I quit them in the end.  Their customer service is excellent, but the inconsistency in their cleaners (some were super slow and not very thorough) was too frustrating for me to continue using their service.

"The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.
