"My schedule got messed up due to a problem with Lowe s, and Rich was incredibly accommodating, he also readily helped out with a few small projects that arose during the work, and did the work quickly for a great price. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luke did an outstanding job repairing our vinyl flooring. We had to use replacement flooring that was the closest match we could find, even though it was a slightly different size. His craftsmanship was incredible—you’d never know there had ever been a damaged section in the middle of the room. He was honest, extremely responsive, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and quality of work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Luke to anyone needing vinyl flooring repairs!"

"I've had a double French door going out to a deck.. I never could get the 2nd door open. Michael was great figured out why it wouldnt open and repaired it."

"Brian came across as very professional and was able to say whether he could or could not do a specific job.  He removed our old hot water heater and dishwasher and installed the new ones very quickly and professionally, leaving behind zero mess.  (a huge plus for anyone who has dealt with contractors!)  During the installation of the water heater, a cheap, existing tap valve supplying the water to our upstairs fridge malfunctioned and Brian returned the next day with a new tap valve in hand.  It has now been several weeks, and there are no leaks nor problems with either the dishwasher nor the hot water heater!  Two huge home improvements done in one afternoon.  Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and are always happy to support the small business owner!

"Just sparkling results! Baby grandson will be moving into a clean bright and freshly painted room this weekend. I especially appreciate how promptly Oscar of Lavo Construction LLC answered my plea for help just this last Monday am. . He got started that day. Even though we had a bit of a problem locating lead blocking paint, Oscar kept his cool and remained friendly and positive the whole time. Oscar has great tools like a micro nail gun so that quarter round trim was put down with the tiniest of holes in the wood which did not need to be filled or sanded. Very happy that we found Oscar of Lavo Construction and hope to hire this nice devoted family man again!"

"Excellent performance, professional, timely, dependable and superior quality of his work. The job was complicated and required cutting into the mainframe of the house to allow for a larger door than the previous 1900’s door frame. Superb craftsmanship!"
