"I called for flea control. I made it clear to Jeff that I only needed flea control. I signed a contract that I felt was only for flea control. A tech arrived at my house and we did not find fleas, but fruit flies therefore I cancelled my flea control package. The tech (Gary) said, You may as well let me spray in general since I am here anyway. I thought it was a generous idea since he spent half an hour searching for non-existent fleas to let him provide some kind of service. A month later another tech showed up for my regular service. I did not sign up for regular service. It appears that this company is very evasive and gets the client to sign up for services they do not need as a bundled package. I did not know this was happened and was not informed by the tech who showed up at my house. When I called to cancel they told me that since I have a contract they can only give me 50 percent of my funds back. I was also kept on the phone by two different reps for quite a long time (35 mins) while they attempting to tell me how important having their service is, even thought I told them I already have a pest control service. I was upfront with this company and got swindled out of hundreds of dollars. They know they are doing this. DO NOT SIGN their contracts without looking through it carefully. I was fully taken advantage of. As a single mom in COVID times, this is unspeakably out of practice with standard business ethics. Please do not hire. I have left 5 star reviews for almost every company I worked with, but this one was truly horrible!"

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins"
