"Called Weathertite Gutters on 12/16/14 told Chris about leak in gutter.  He came out that afternoon to determine problem, he stated best solution would be to replace that section.  Gave estimate of $100.00 & said it could be replaced tomorrow. <br /> Installers showed about 9:45 a.m. on 12/17/14 & quickly got the old gutter down & replace with new.  All done in about 30 minutes. <br />"

"100% would recommend Mica from Plunkett’s to deal with your cockroach issues. We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. He approached treatment with a lot of care and thought, in particular listening and adjusting for our concerns re: safety of our young toddler. This was a big one for us! Plunkett’s was a bit more expensive than some other pest control companies we looked at, but neighbors had already tried multiple other services and it never got rid of the issue. In the end, it was probably cheaper than multiple ineffective treatments, but more importantly we haven’t seen a roach in several months."

"The company had put fliers in local mailboxes about their service and I was especially interested in having one company do all 3 components of the job. Their price seemed reasonable and they were located near my home. Because of uncertain weather conditions, it was hard to get a definite day/time commitment from them for service. I showed them the yard work to be done when getting an estimate. I spoke with them on the phone to remind them about what I wanted done and asked them to do the gutter cleaning for an additional fee. By chance, I arrived home as they were completing their work. They informed me that they hadn't been able to do the gutter cleaning because the gutters were frozen. I asked if they would come back another day to do it and they were vague, saying they would do so if the weather was better. They finished up and I saw them pulling away, but they were leaving behind one of the piles of leaves. I had to catch them as they drove down the street and remind them that they were supposed to pick up that pile (which they had thought belonged to my neighbor, although it was clearly on my side of our property line). I was charged an extra $20 for the pile of leaves and I hired a different company to do the gutter cleaning a couple of weeks later. The gutters were heavily clogged, but the second company was equipped to handle it and I believe that Emerald Forest just didn't have any heavy-duty equipment and had hoped to get away with a kind of hosing out of the gutters. I HAD warned them in advance that the gutters were quite full. The quality of the yard work was poor--they yanked out some plants along with weeds and they were not very attentive to details. They left window boxes untouched, for example. They did the bare minimum. I would not hire them again."

"Jim promptly responded to messages, asked questions, visited the property to confirm he could complete the work, then scheduled us within a week. He was polite and professional. He arrived early and completed the work in a timely manner, without denting gutters or damaging landscaping. He said he cleared three clogged downspouts and expressed interest in returning in the fall when we know we'll have the problem again. We'll confirm that the overflow problem was resolved once it rains."
