"Earlier this summer Home Evolution replaced our roof. Their sales team was super helpful and went over all options (roofing materials, costs and timing). They were very upfront with what was included and what was not. Our roof had years of old water damage that had been patched at some point before we purchased the home, which lead to structural damage around our chimney that needed to be addressed (more on that later). We have a large ranch style home so there is a lot of square footage on our roof. The crew came out early on the morning they said they would and got right to work on stripping the roof. They draped tarps from the roof to minimize the amount of nails and debris that fell on our lawn and around our bushes, which was nice. As the roof was being stripped the foreman (Russ) and the framer they sent out began to assess the old water damage and developed a plan of attack. The framer did a real nice job to stabilize our massive chimney and tie everything into the existing roof structure (most of which was included in the estimate but they found another little issue while they were in there the framer took care of that too at no additional charge). While the framer was carrying out his repair work the foreman and another guy worked on replacing the three skylights in our house. I was happy to see they used Velux skylights, which I had heard from numerous friends are a top quality skylight. In fact, all of the materials they use are top quality and when presented with the option, we opted for the better quality underlayment, shingles and roof cap system - we figured we weren't going to do this again anytime soon so we might as well do this right. They also use the better plumbing vent boots as standard, which I was happy to see. I was also happy to see the time and attention the foreman took when installing the new flashing around our chimney. He really went the extra mile to 1) make sure it looked really nice and 2) make sure we would not have any water penetration/damage around the chimney that had occurred on the old roof. I guess I should add that we live on a hillside and because the house is a ranch, you can see the entire roof from different parts of our property so the aesthetics was important and these guys definitely delivered - the 30 year architectural shingles and the flashing work around the chimney really are nice to look at. Usually when you get a roof done, its not like redoing a kitchen or bathroom where you get to "enjoy" the redone space, its more of a necessity than a luxury but in our case its a little of both. The color of the shingles is really nice too, it compliments the house and the property nicely - I was really surprised at the number of color options they could order. The roof install went smooth and easy, in fact, the entire operation did. You could tell that this is what these guys do every day just by the efficiency and precision of the whole job. I would definitely recommend Home Evolution and I have recommended them to a few people I know who were looking to have their roof done."

"I had been trying to get someone to fix my garage roof for 3 years but could not get anyone to call back. My daughter happened to see an S and S Roofing truck in Stamford and called me with their number. I called and Shane called me back that same evening. I had an estimate within a couple of days and was pleasantly surprised when they fit me in between some bigger projects. The crew is fast, efficient, skilled and very considerate. They cleaned everything up so there was no trace of trash anywhere. Very impressive. Shane replaced the gutter on my garage with a much better quality one and took the time to show me what he was doing as well as explaining why. Because I was having problems with the old gutters on my house and with the metal roof that was put on and not completed a few years earlier by a different contractor, Shane assessed the problem, gave me suggestions and walked me through each issue. I asked for an estimate to put up new gutters to complete the roof work and had the estimate the same day. The work was done the following week and I am thrilled with the results. I am very impressed with Shane and his crew!"

"Sam and his crew are very professional . They repaired leaking roof vents and other problems that we weren't aware of until Sam went up on the standing seam metal roof. He took before and after pictures which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Sam and Next Level Roofing."

"Very Professional, got job done at at reasonable time, and very fair price. I had priced my roof with 4 different contractors and he gave me the best price and great quality work"

"My rear facade wall was falling apart, there was apparent deterioration, cracks falling apart. I was recommended to High Tech by our community board. Scaffold was used for this project. They chipped out the 4-story facade and applied wire-mash. First coat of cement was for curing and the second coat was  the finishing coat. The finishing coat was very finely re-finished. The back-wall was waterproofed with thoro-coat.  My roof was leaking as well at multiple places, bubbles had been formed with water seeping in, leaving into my kitchen. The weather was very rainy and stormy at that time and thanks to High Tech they repaired my roof by placing a new layer roof on top of the existing roof and stopped the leak. High Tech remains as one of the top recommended company in our community board."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
