"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "John and his two workers ground the concrete gragare floor, patched spots on the floor in need of repair, applied the epoxy cememte coating, the fleck color coating, and then the two top coats.  Very little dust.  Three day job; they took the time to do it right.  the final result looks great. <br />"

"Michael and his team were extremely responsive. I called him on a Saturday and he came over right away to provide an estimate. We needed an extremely quick turn around and he was able to oblige. The estimate was very acceptable and we were scheduled for a week later. The team needed to work around existing furniture and kept the room very clean while they sanded and prepped the walls and built-ins. The team painted the crown molding, base boards, and built-ins and it all came out better than we had hoped. Michael and his team were very professional and left the room as clean as it was when they arrived.
