"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. "Crack-X has sent Tom to come to fix it. I am very satisfied with the work Tom did on my basement crack on June 19. He was very professional. He would inform me his lateness due to the traffic. When he’s here, he would tell me what he would do and how long it would take for each step. He finished the work just as he said. I am so glad that all is moving so smoothly. The fix has stood the tests of the last a few rains and no any sign of leaking again."

"Overall we are very happy with the workmanship that was preform. In the past we have had our driveway resealed and both times it required two coats. Not this time, it required only one coat, you can tell after a few days of it setting up if it's going to need additional coating. My neighbor inquired as to who sealcoated the driveway I think he was kind of impressed himself he wanted the phone number so I gave him the phone number I haven't checked back with him yet to see if he called but he might be getting his done. We will definitely recall when we need it sealcoated again."
