"It went flawlessly. The three guys arrived on time and made fast work of disassembling our granite slab front steps, by hand. They created a new reinforced base with crushed stone and reassembled the slabs to a new level surface. They patched two concrete retaining walls. Then the attacked the 37-year dirt build-up on our large concrete patio. They cut and filled a few large cracks and pressure washed the surface so that it now looks like a completely different patio. I could not be happier with the completed results of these three too-hard-for-us projects. Excellent work by three very hardworking professionals!"

"Jason Kirby and crew did an excellent job, with fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. This job was to replace a stucco and half timber exterior wall on a historic 1920's English Tudor, so that it matched the detailing and craftsmanship to the rest of the house. Jason assembled a highly skilled team. They competed the job on schedule, Jason communicated regularly about status and next steps, and I couldn't be happier with the result (looks original to the house). Jason's fees are very reasonable, and I would recommend him for any job involving masonry, having worked with him in the past on brickwork as well."

"I received quotes for three different options - the cedar fence, an alternative in vinyl, and a repair of the broken fence. The sales guy was very easy to get hold of and provided the quotes promptly. I went with the cedar and it was installed in two days. For some reason, the old fence posts had been sunk in concrete, and all the concrete had to be removed. The yard was cleaned up both days, and the fence came out really nice. <br> <br>18 months later, the fence still looks good."

"Working with Marcelo and team was excellent throughout the process. When working through the initial estimate Marcelo was very helpful in describing the options I had for replacing my front walkway and back patio. The Madrona Brothers' estimate was competitive with other estimates I received. Marcelo was on site every morning to walk through the project with me and answer any questions I may have had. His team also dug a trench and worked with the plumbers to run a gas line for the fire pit which provided some unanticipated challenges which they were able to work through. Marcelo's team took care of every aspect of the job from raising some existing steps, leveling an existing kitchen set, redoing some heads on the sprinkler system, and reconnecting downspouts. Marcelo was also on site to provide quality control and identified that some of the wall caps were not up to standard and requested the supplier replace them. Marcelo also traveled to a fireplace store 45 minutes away to purchase additional hardware needed for the fireplace burner. They oversaw every aspect of the job and did so without consistently adding small charges along the way if items which required additional labor or materials cropped up. The finished product is nothing short of outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others."

"I called Ben for an estimate to replace our existing front steps. Ben said he would come by that evening, which he did. He was very thorough in going over what needed to be done, and he explained in detail what he felt was the best way to go about the job. His price was very reasonable and I felt comfortable with the whole process so I called him the next day and told him I would like him to do the job. Ben told me when he would start and finish. He showed up exactly as he said and started the job. He showed us different bricks to choose from, and started the job as scheduled. One thing among many that I really liked about Ben was he loved explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. At the end of the job (ahead of schedule) I did not have my rod iron railings ready for him. No problem for Ben, as he just told me to let him know when they were in and he would come back and install them I called Ben when I had them and he came that night to install (not a quick process as he had to drill through the granite that he had installed). Ben is a perfectionist and I can not say enough about the fantastic job he did, and what a wonderful experience it was. I would recommend him without hesitation."
