I have a very busy schedule and they were able to work with me and ensure that my 5 animals were taken care of while they did this job in 1.5 days. Very reasonably priced and willing to work. That is something that was refreshing to see. What is not shown in the pictures, is that they came out two weeks prior to the rip-out and sprayed everything to ensure it was dead. They did not force me to pay upfront and accepted my payment over the phone since I didn’t have time to go to their office. Really fantastic company. I found them on Angie’s List. I had called four (4) other companies before Dixie which were recommended by friends, but literally not one of them even called me back. "I called and asked for an estimate. He came out and gave me the estimate. I made some changes and he came out again and gave me a new estimate. We scheduled the work, he showed up when he said he would and finished the job ahead of schedule. My phone line was cut in the process of building the dry river bed and he called me immediately, apologized and said he would pay for any repairs. I am very pleased with the end result and the ease of the entire process. His estimate was a little higher than others I received, but the quality of the work was excellent and the final bill was exactly what the estimate said it would be."
